As we prepare for Thanksgiving we’d like to give a little THANKS to you, and the community. For the price of a bag full of groceries ($20.00 worth suggested), we are offering a complete HEALTH EVALUATION. This offer can be used by you, if you haven’t been in for a while, and any friends or family that may need chiropractic care. We will be donating these goods to the food pantry at Operation Hope in Fairfield to help those in need.

The following services will be provided free of charge with the contribution of a minimum 3 item donation:

HEALTH EVALUATION including orthopedic, neurological, physical and chiropractic examinations to find the cause of any pain or health problems you may be experiencing (normal fee $150.00).
